At Jubilant FoodWorks, Astha previously served as Head of Marketing for Dunkin’ India, where she led a transformative repositioning of the brand into a modern, coffee-forward chain. Under her leadership, the brand launched the acclaimed “Just Damn Good Coffee” proposition, reinvigorated its menu with innovative beverages, and entered new product categories—culminating in a 33%+ growth in the beverage segment. Her “Winter is Coming” campaign won the prestigious Chairman’s Innovation Award, and her strategic initiatives helped boost same-store growth (SSG) and gross margins, reinforcing the brand’s profitability.
Before joining Jubilant FoodWorks, Astha spent over nine years at Hero MotoCorp. As Global Innovation Leader – Scooter Category, she architected the five-year innovation roadmap and supported the company’s electric vehicle (EV) debut with the launch of Hero Vida. During her earlier tenure as Category Head – Scooters, she delivered landmark campaigns including Hero Pleasure’s “Why Should Boys Have All the Fun?”, and Hero Destini’s upgrade campaign, both of which won accolades like the Creative Abby Gold and Effies. She also conceptualized a festive marketing playbook and drove substantial sales growth and market share gains.
Astha’s earlier roles included impactful stints as Senior Brand Manager at Hero MotoCorp, where she steered multiple campaigns and led the successful launches of in-house scooter platforms, earning awards from Bloomberg and the International Advertising Association. She also served as Brand Manager at Godfrey Phillips India, revitalizing the Four Square portfolio, and Brand Communications Manager at adidas, where she introduced Adidas Neo to the Indian market through strategic fashion events and influencer engagement. Her career began at Hero Honda, where she helped craft the iconic Pleasure campaign tagline: “Why should boys have all the fun?”
