Akshay Rakshit is an accomplished Human Resource Professional with over a decade experience in HR business partnering, Campus recruitment, Employee Relations strategy, Talent Management, Policy Making and Industrial Relations.

Currently serving as HRBP National Sales at BMW Group India. He plays a key role in elevating the people’s practices in BMW Group India through driving HR strategy, business alignment, and talent development for one of the fastest-growing markets within the BMW Group.

Prior to joining BMW, he worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where he was in Manesar Car Plant as Industrial Relations Specialist, handling Lond Term Settlements and Plant HR functions. He also gained extensive expertise in workforce management and Compliance during his tenure at Honda Cars India Ltd. and Exide Industries Limited.

Akshay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR) from Xavier Institute of Social Service and has further honed his expertise with an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. His skills span across HR strategy, compensation & benefits, Employee Relations, and succession planning, making him a seasoned HR leader in the automobile industry.
