With a strong strategic and operational HR background, she has led large-scale business transformation, organizational design, talent integration, outsourcing, and workforce effectiveness initiatives across emerging and developed markets.

Prior to Terumo India, Ritu held senior HR leadership roles with BD and GE Money, where she drove talent management, merger integration, leadership development, and change management programs. An MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University, she is recognized for building high-performing, future-ready organizations through strong people strategy and global talent leadership.
