Vadodara, Gujarat, India, November 2025 – Future Solar has announced the appointment of Baiju Sukumaran as Senior General Manager – Human Resources, reinforcing its commitment to building a high-performance, people-centric culture as it scales operations in the renewable energy sector. In his new role, Baiju will lead the entire HR function, driving talent acquisition, policy development, and employee engagement to support the company’s strategic growth and organizational excellence.
Before taking on his current role, Baiju served as General Manager – HR & Admin at GREW Solar, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening HR strategy and operational effectiveness within the solar manufacturing domain. His leadership helped align people practices with business goals, nurturing a culture of performance, innovation, and compliance in a fast-growing renewable energy environment.
Prior to GREW Solar, Baiju was associated with Future Solar as Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he led the company’s talent strategy to attract and retain top professionals in the renewable energy industry. His efforts were instrumental in creating a strong workforce foundation that supported Future Solar’s expansion plans in Gujarat and beyond.
Earlier, he spent over three years with Rishabh Software as Senior Human Resources Consultant, where he contributed to employee engagement, performance management, and policy formulation. His strong focus on leadership development and organizational design helped enhance HR effectiveness and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Before that, Baiju held leadership roles across reputed organizations such as Helios Solutions, Odysseus Solutions, and Talent Anywhere, where he led initiatives in HR operations, employer branding, and workforce development. His earlier career included managerial stints at Lodha Group and Punj Lloyd Limited, where he built strong expertise in industrial relations, administration, and human capital management—laying the foundation for his extensive experience of over two decades in HR.
