Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, September 2025 – Bandar AlDahash has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Saudi Networkers Services. In this role, he will lead the company’s HR strategy, drive organizational development initiatives, and strengthen its people-first approach as the company continues to deliver world-class business and consulting services across industries.
Before joining Saudi Networkers Services, Bandar served as CEO Consultant – VP Shared Services at Tamkeen Human Resource (THR), where he partnered with leadership on transformation initiatives and enhanced shared services delivery to support organizational growth.
Previously, Bandar dedicated more than ten years to Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. (SMASCO), where he held senior leadership roles including General Manager of Shared Services and Senior Director of Human Resources. In these positions, he drove HR policies, Saudization strategies, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness while coaching leadership teams and overseeing large-scale operations nationwide.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly three years at Maximus Gulf, progressing from Human Resources Manager to Operations Manager. There, he spearheaded large-scale recruitment campaigns, collaborated with the Human Resources Development Fund to maintain the TAQAT program, and supported the expansion of multiple service centers across Saudi Arabia.
Bandar’s professional foundation was built through HR leadership roles at Integrated Networks (iNet), Multi Forms, Saudi Research & Publishing Company (SRPC), and Almarai, where he gained extensive experience in policy development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and workforce planning.
