Ville de Paris, Île-de-France, France, May 2024 – Barbara Marazia has recently joined Malt as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Barbara will oversee HR operations, focusing on talent management, organizational alignment, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Barbara’s most recent role was as Chief People Officer Ginori 1735 at Kering. During her tenure, she managed HR strategies and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting organizational growth.
Before Kering, Barbara served as the Global Human Resources Director Tech, Clients & Digital Group at Kering. Her responsibilities included leading HR strategic projects, managing an international HR team, and deploying group HR policies across 11 countries in EMEA, APAC, and AMER.
Barbara also held the position of CHRO – Promotion Immobilière / Real Estate at Groupe Pichet for three years. She implemented HR strategies, managed the HR department, and deployed HR centers of expertise, significantly contributing to the company’s growth.
Prior to her tenure at Groupe Pichet, Barbara was the Human Resources Director Africa at Atos. She supported country CEOs and sales leaders, managed HR operations across multiple African countries, and led HR initiatives for international M&A projects.
Barbara’s earlier roles include various HR positions at Bull, LVMH, Panalpina, and Groupe Pleiade Senanque, where she honed her skills in HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
