Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – TechBlocks has appointed Sam Noel P as Director – Talent Acquisition, strengthening its leadership as the organization continues to scale its AI-led transformation capabilities globally.
In this role, Sam will lead talent acquisition strategy, focusing on building scalable hiring frameworks and strengthening talent pipelines to support TechBlocks’ mission of transforming enterprises into AI-native software factories. His leadership will be critical in aligning talent strategy with the company’s rapid growth and evolving business needs across global markets.
Prior to joining TechBlocks, Sam served as Director – Talent Acquisition (India, US & North America) at Innova Solutions, where he led multi-region hiring initiatives and built cross-border recruitment strategies to support global business expansion.
Earlier, he worked as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Genzeon, driving hiring strategies and strengthening recruitment operations for a growing technology organization.
He also held the role of General Manager – Human Resources at Celebal Technologies, where he managed HR functions and contributed to organizational growth through strategic talent initiatives.
Before that, Sam spent over three years at MOURI Tech, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Practice Head – Talent Acquisition (India), where he led hiring for consulting and technology functions, and drove talent strategies aligned with business growth.
He also served as Head of Talent Acquisition – India at GyanSys Inc., and spent nearly a decade at KPIT, where he held key roles in the Talent Acquisition Group, building deep expertise in large-scale hiring and workforce planning.
His early career includes roles at SFJ Business Solutions, I Square Soft, and NS Enterprises (Modi Xerox), where he developed strong foundations in recruitment, business development, and operations.
With over two decades of experience, Sam brings deep expertise in global talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and scalable recruitment strategy, positioning him to drive talent excellence at TechBlocks.
