Des Moines, Iowa, United States, September 2025 — Baylie Panzi has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at LCS. In this role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent initiatives, and organizational development to support LCS’s mission of delivering high-quality senior lifestyle services across the United States.
Baylie has been with LCS for more than a decade, advancing through progressive HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Community Talent & Human Resources Director, where she played a pivotal role in shaping community-focused HR practices and aligning people strategy with operational excellence. Prior to that, she was Regional Human Resources Director, overseeing HR functions across multiple communities and strengthening workforce engagement.
Earlier at LCS, Baylie served as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where she supported both corporate and community-based hiring needs, including internship and professional development programs. She began her career at the company as an HR Recruiter, helping to establish strong recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
Before joining LCS, Baylie gained staffing and recruitment experience as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad USA, and earlier interned with BCBG Max Azria in Los Angeles, gaining foundational exposure to HR and business operations.
