Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 – Belinda Baldwin has been named the Chief Information Officer at Central One Federal Credit Union, bringing her extensive experience in IT strategy, governance, and leadership to the community-focused financial institution. In her new role, Belinda will lead Central One’s technology initiatives, driving innovation and aligning IT operations with the credit union’s mission to empower its members toward financial security.
Belinda joins Central One Federal Credit Union after serving as a Senior Consultant at Accord IT Consulting for approximately five months, where she specialized in IT governance, process maturity, and controls.
Prior to this, she was the Director of IT PMO at HBCS, where she led the IT Program Management Office for over a year. Her contributions included establishing a unified project management framework, enhancing operational efficiency, and championing the migration to cloud-based solutions to bolster business continuity.
Her tenure at Janus Henderson Investors spanned nearly seven years, during which she directed technology strategy and planning, including the seamless merger of Janus and Henderson Global Investors. Belinda played a pivotal role in advancing global planning through agile methodologies and building IT and enterprise PMOs.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Bank of America, managing strategy, governance, and capacity planning for Technology Operations, as well as risk management and business continuity within the Global Technology Command Center organization.
Her career also includes technical roles at organizations like Acxiom, UBS, and CA Technologies, and she began her professional journey as a Trojan Classic Terminal and Network Security System Administrator in the U.S. Army, where she gained foundational experience in IT and network security over five years.
