South Australia, Australia, July 2024 – Belinda Grant has been appointed as the Vice President People and Culture Asia Pacific at Orora. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Belinda is set to drive the people strategy for Orora across the Asia Pacific region.
Belinda Grant has been with Orora for over 13 years, starting her journey as the Manager, Human Resource Glass and Closures. During her tenure, she was instrumental in managing HR functions at the Amcor Glass plant near the Barossa Valley, contributing to the production of approximately 1.01 million wine bottles a day.
Before her role at Orora, Belinda served as an Advisory Council Member (Employer Representative) at SAFEWORK SA, representing employers of South Australia for 7 years. Prior to that, she was the Human Resource Manager – Australia at CHC Helicopters (Australia), where she managed HR operations for the world’s largest global commercial helicopter operator.
Belinda’s earlier career includes significant HR roles at Futuris Automotive Interiors (Australia) Pty Ltd and TRW, where she managed HR functions across the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, Korea, China, and Malaysia. She began her career as a Personnel Manager at CSR, managing the personnel function for the South Australian division of Bradford Insulation.
