Scottsdale, AZ, United States, August 2024 – Ben Martin has taken on the role of Senior Director, People Strategy and Planning at Avaya. In this new position, Ben will oversee the development and implementation of strategic people initiatives that align with Avaya’s business goals. His role will involve driving workforce planning, optimizing talent management, and ensuring that Avaya’s people strategies are future-ready.
Before joining Avaya, Ben served as the Director, Head of People Strategy and Transformation at Roku Inc. for over two and a half years. In this role, he was responsible for leading the people strategy, driving transformational change, and enhancing workforce capabilities.
Prior to Roku, Ben was the Head of Workforce Strategy & Analytics at PayPal for nearly five years, where he played a critical role in workforce planning and analytics, driving data-informed decisions that shaped the company’s global workforce strategies.
Ben’s earlier career includes his time as an Engagement Manager at Strategy&, where he provided strategic consulting services, and as an Associate at Pace Harmon, focusing on complex business transformations. He began his career as a Consultant at Accenture, where he honed his skills in strategy and management consulting.
