Eaton, a global leader in power management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bernadett Pinter as its new Director of HR Services for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Pinter, who will be based in Hungary and operate in a hybrid work setup, brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the HR field for over two decades.
Bernadett Pinter’s previous role was as Head of People Experience Care, Europe at Nokia, where she served from May 2021 to April 2024. During her tenure, she led significant transformation programs aimed at service optimization and process handling, which enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Her efforts also included global policy implementation on the Future of Work and the establishment of a mentorship program to foster collaboration among employees.
Earlier Pinter held the position of Head of HR Operations, Europe (HRSS) at Nokia from January 2017 to April 2021. Here, she managed a team of 150 HR professionals across 40 countries, supporting around 40,000 Nokia employees. Her leadership focused on strategic HR support and transformational change, fostering innovative and agile team structures.
Pinter’s extensive career also includes her time as Head of Data Management, Europe (HRSS) at Nokia Siemens Networks from January 2011 to January 2017. In this role, she was responsible for HR application support, data quality, and HRIS project management, enhancing data management processes across the region.
Her earlier roles, prior to 2010, include working as an HRIS expert and participating in key HR transformations and system implementations, such as the SAP project which was pivotal during the merger of Nokia and Siemens.
