Hartford, Connecticut, United States, December 2024 – Bethany Ayers has taken on the role of Director, Enterprise Talent Management at Travelers, a significant advancement in her nearly nine-year tenure at the company. In her new position, Bethany will lead strategies focused on career development, leadership growth, and innovative performance management practices to support Travelers’ extensive workforce and strategic goals.
Bethany’s journey with Travelers began in 2016 when she joined as a Senior Training Consultant, where she excelled in designing and delivering impactful training solutions. She was later promoted to Senior Learning Solutions Business Liaison in 2020, where she collaborated with business units to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities. Most recently, she served as Manager of Learning Enablement, successfully mapping curricula and fostering leadership development.

Prior to Travelers, Bethany honed her talent and staffing expertise as a Staffing Manager at J. Morrissey & Company, where she specialized in healthcare services recruitment. Her earlier career includes an impressive 17-year tenure as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Wake County Public School System, where she designed and implemented curricula to inspire student engagement and personal success.
Bethany also contributed her expertise as a Curriculum Reviewer and Consultant at Duke University, evaluating and enhancing neuroscience-based learning materials to create innovative, interactive educational experiences.
