Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, September 2025 – Jehan Numa Group has appointed Bhuwan Sharma as Head of Human Resources. In this new role, Sharma will oversee HR strategy, people development, and workforce management as the hospitality group continues to deliver exceptional guest experiences rooted in heritage, culture, and personalized service.
Sharma most recently served as Human Resources Manager at Park Plaza, where he was responsible for driving employee engagement, HR operations, and talent practices during his tenure of nearly a year.
Before that, he had an extensive association with Radisson Resort & Spa Kandla, where he worked for over four years. He held dual roles, first as Human Resources Manager and later as Cluster Human Resources Manager – Kutchh, where he oversaw HR strategy and operations across multiple properties, strengthening talent development and employee relations in the region.
In parallel, Sharma also contributed to NILE Hotel Management Company as Cluster Human Resources Manager – Kutchh Region, a role he held for more than four years. His tenure was marked by significant contributions in talent management and HR leadership across the region’s hospitality operations.
Additionally, he briefly served as Human Resources Director at Gift City Club, a member of Radisson Individuals, where he managed HR strategy and people operations to enhance employee experience in a premium hospitality environment.
Sharma holds a Post Graduate degree in HR and Operations from National Institute of Management, Pune, equipping him with both academic knowledge and practical expertise to drive HR transformation in the hospitality sector.
