Based at the company’s Head Office in Gurgaon, Vivek will report directly to Mr. Siddharath Bindra, Managing Director of BIBA.
Vivek brings over 20 years of rich and diverse experience across Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Strategic Planning. His proven track record in financial leadership, operational excellence, and strategic vision will play a pivotal role in driving BIBA’s next phase of growth and profitability.
Throughout his career, Vivek has held senior leadership positions at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Paytm, ASR Group of Companies, Hans Ispat Ltd., and Kaya Group of Industries. He has spearheaded large-scale financial transformations, process automation initiatives, and strategic fund management, delivering sustainable business performance across domestic and international markets.
A Chartered Accountant certified by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2004) and a B.Com graduate from P.P.N. Degree College, Kanpur (1999), Vivek’s expertise spans financial planning, fund raising, investment structuring, process optimization, risk management, and corporate governance.
With Vivek’s appointment, BIBA reinforces its commitment to strong financial stewardship, innovation, and strategic expansion in both domestic and international markets.
