Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2025 – Bidisha Basu Mullick has been appointed as Senior HR Business Partner – Strategy, APCJ & India at F5. In her new role, she will play a strategic part in driving HR initiatives across the Asia Pacific, China, Japan, and India regions, enabling business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and people-centric growth in one of the world’s most advanced technology environments.
Bidisha most recently served as a People Business Partner at Zscaler, where she supported hybrid workforce models across India. She was instrumental in strengthening employee engagement, enabling leadership alignment, and driving strategic people initiatives in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.
Before Zscaler, she spent four years at Microland Limited, where she progressed from Associate Lead to Senior Lead HRBP, managing over 500 employees across engineering, product, and customer delivery functions. During her tenure, she successfully designed and executed retention and mobility strategies, led compensation benchmarking and performance management cycles, managed Great Place to Work certification initiatives, and built EVP-driven employer branding programs.
Earlier, she worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Talent Acquisition Lead, spearheading mid-to-senior level hiring in Retail Banking and implementing diversity-focused hiring pipelines. She also drove internal mobility and succession planning frameworks that strengthened leadership pipelines and optimized hiring costs.
Bidisha began her HR career at HDFC Bank as an HR Business Partner, managing workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance handling for a workforce of over 600 employees. Her contributions spanned retention initiatives, mentorship programs, and culture-building interventions, laying the foundation for her expertise in people and culture leadership.
Bidisha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, where she specialized in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. She also completed her internship with Exide Industries Limited, gaining early exposure to HR practices in the manufacturing sector.
