Ulaanbaatar, Ulaanbaatar Hot, Mongolia, June 2025 – Shunkhlai Holding LLC has announced the appointment of Bilguun Sarantsetseg as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this strategic leadership role, Bilguun will be responsible for leading the Group’s HR charter, focusing on talent, executive development, and driving organizational effectiveness across its diverse portfolio.
Prior to joining Shunkhlai Holding LLC, Bilguun served as Principal Manager at EBRD in Ulaanbaatar, where she gained extensive experience in external relations, grant administration, operations management, and program management. Her role required high-level stakeholder engagement, driving change management initiatives, and people management in a global development finance setting.
Earlier, Bilguun was the Senior Talent and HR Project Manager at APU Company, where she led various organizational structure and external relations projects, supporting talent management and HR transformation across the business.
Bilguun’s career also includes nearly eight years at Deloitte Mongolia, where she served as Manager and Advisory Manager. Her contributions included operational audits, process improvements, internal control reviews, and financial advisory for leading companies in Mongolia. Her deep experience in human capital advisory and enterprise risk management has been instrumental in driving best practices in HR and organizational effectiveness.
Her early experience includes roles at UNDP Mongolia as Programme Assistant, Tsast Impex LLC as Business Development Manager/Project Manager, and Selena Travel Mongolia as Sales Manager. Through these roles, she developed a solid foundation in data analysis, project management, and organizational strategy. Bilguun holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Gloucestershire.
