In this pivotal role, Billie will lead the organization’s HR strategies, ensuring robust talent acquisition, development, and retention practices align with Stonepeak’s dynamic business objectives. She will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and support the firm’s global workforce.
Billie McCormick most recently served as Director of Human Resources and Operations at Slate Asset Management, where she spent over three years managing HR strategy and operational excellence for the firm’s global workforce. Her tenure at Slate also included two years as an Office Manager, where she implemented policies that streamlined workplace efficiency and enhanced employee satisfaction.
Prior to Slate Asset Management, Billie was an Operations Manager at Whitehouse Post, where she handled facilities management, immigration administration, and entry-level staffing, showcasing her versatility in operational roles.
Earlier in her career, Billie held leadership positions in private roles, including Executive Director and Estate Manager, where she managed compensation, benefits design, and team development. Her broad experience across multiple industries has equipped her with a unique perspective on aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
