New York, United States, December 2025 – Brad Robinson has started a new position as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Investment Banking (GIB) at J.P. Morgan, taking on a critical global leadership role focused on strengthening executive and senior-level hiring across the firm’s investment banking franchise worldwide.
In this role, Brad Robinson will be responsible for shaping and executing J.P. Morgan’s global talent acquisition strategy for Investment Banking, ensuring access to world-class leadership talent that supports the firm’s long-term growth, client-first philosophy, and competitive positioning across global markets.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Brad Robinson served for over four years at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, where he held the role of Director and Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Investment Banking. Based in New York, he led executive hiring globally for the investment banking division, partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver critical leadership appointments across regions and product groups.
Prior to Barclays, Brad spent more than seven years in Executive Search focused on Investment Banking and Private Equity, working across global markets with a particular concentration on senior and executive-level mandates. During this period, he developed deep expertise in assessing leadership capability, advising clients on talent strategy, and building strong networks across financial services.
Across his career, Brad has built a reputation for combining rigorous executive search discipline with strategic talent advisory capabilities, supporting complex, high-stakes leadership hiring in highly competitive and regulated environments.
