Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, June 2025 — Bramh Prakash has been appointed as Head of Human Resources & Admin at Jaypee Infratech Ltd, a prominent name in India’s civil engineering and infrastructure landscape. In this new role, Bramh will oversee all human resources and administrative functions, contributing to the company’s organizational development and people strategy during a crucial phase of its growth.
Before joining Jaypee Infratech Ltd, Bramh served as Head of Human Resources at Prateek Group, where he led talent initiatives and strengthened HR systems to align with business expansion goals. His leadership was instrumental in driving employee engagement and streamlining HR operations.
Prior to that, he was GM – HR & Admin at Saya Homes, where he successfully built HR frameworks for operational efficiency, workforce alignment, and policy implementation. His initiatives supported the organization’s aggressive growth trajectory in the real estate sector.
He also served as Head of Human Resources at Wellgrow Infotech Pvt Ltd, where he played a critical role in setting up and scaling HR processes, and earlier at CRC Group as Head HR, where he contributed to talent strategy and organizational planning.
Bramh spent over eight years at ATS Infrastructure Ltd, holding dual roles as Assistant General Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR. Here, he built and led HR systems for a rapidly expanding infrastructure portfolio. Earlier in his career, he dedicated over 15 years to the Indian Army, where he developed strong people leadership, discipline, and organizational administration skills, forming the foundation for his successful corporate HR journey.
