Washington, D.C., October 2024 – Brandi W. Lowe has assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO). In this position, Brandi will lead the human resources strategy and oversee policies impacting the workforce across the federal judiciary. Her extensive experience in federal human resources management makes her well-positioned to drive strategic initiatives that support the AO’s goals and priorities.
Brandi previously served as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at the AO for over two years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and policies. Her leadership helped streamline key HR functions and improve workforce engagement within the organization.
Before joining the AO, Brandi held several leadership positions at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) for nearly five years. As Chief of the Performance Management Group, she led performance evaluation programs to enhance employee development and align the organization’s goals with workforce performance. Prior to this, she was the Director of the Office of Cadre Element, overseeing employee management initiatives.
Brandi also spent 20 years at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where she held several key positions, including Deputy Director, Workforce and Management Services Office and Human Capital Career Service Manager. Her expertise in human capital management, employee relations, and workforce planning significantly contributed to the NGA’s operational success.
