USI Insurance Services has appointed Brandon Kramer as the new Chief Human Resources Officer for the Midwest region. Kramer, who brings over two decades of experience in human resources management and strategic leadership, is set to enhance the HR functions across the company’s Midwestern operations.
Brandon Kramer’s extensive career includes nearly five years at Fifth Third Bank as Employee Experience Manager, where he spearheaded the employee listening program for over 19,000 employees, developing strategic initiatives that significantly improved employee engagement and company culture. His role involved substantial strategic planning, enhancing onboarding and exit processes, and implementing technology solutions to elevate employee interactions and satisfaction.
Prior to his tenure at Fifth Third Bank, Kramer served as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR consulting services across multiple departments and supporting senior executives in performance management, organizational design, and strategic HR initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and employee retention.
Kramer’s earlier roles include managing leadership development programs and heading business banking and treasury management departments, showcasing his versatility and leadership across various HR and operational functions.
