Atlanta, Georgia, October 2024 – Marisa A. Lynskey has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Ceto, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Based in Atlanta, Marisa’s extensive experience in HR leadership will support Ceto’s mission to empower financial institutions and foster growth.
Prior to joining Ceto, Her last role was Head of Executive Talent at Roark Capital, a $38B AUM private equity firm, where she was responsible for building and managing executive talent pipelines for portfolio companies and partnering with Roark’s investment team on talent management strategies.
Before Roark, she served as Head of Human Resources at Qvest.US (formerly OnPrem Solution Partners), where she led HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, and compliance. She was instrumental in aligning the company’s strategic growth with HR functions.
Marisa’s earlier roles include being the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pinnacle Data Systems, where she managed HR functions across locations in the US and UAE, and Global VP of Human Resources at Project Time & Cost, LLC, where she spearheaded staffing plans and compensation structures.
