Her expertise in restructuring finance teams, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing operational efficiency will be instrumental in SBI Growth’s market momentum and continued success.

Prior to joining SBI Growth, Kristin MacCarthy served as CFO at Cresa, LLC, a private-equity-backed commercial real estate advisory firm, where she played a critical role in managing cash flow optimization, strategic growth targets, equity raising, and M&A evaluations.
Earlier in her career, she held senior financial leadership roles at JLL, Inc., US Cellular, and Grainger, where she successfully led system integrations, operational improvement initiatives, and large-scale financial operations.
