Kansas City, Missouri, United States, December 2025 — Brent Hasenkamp has taken on a new role as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, CPG & Industrial Distribution at o9 Solutions, Inc., where he will lead strategy and growth across manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and industrial distribution segments. In this role, he will focus on advancing industry solutions, strengthening client impact, and accelerating value creation through intelligent, integrated planning.
With nearly a decade of leadership within o9 Solutions, Brent Hasenkamp has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s industry-led growth. Over the last several years, he progressed through senior leadership positions, most recently serving as Global Vice President, Industry Solutions, where he led North American industrial and process manufacturing verticals. His work supported high-impact deployments across sectors such as automotive, high-tech, distribution, paper & packaging, construction, and agribusiness, partnering closely with enterprise clients to modernize planning and decision-making.
Before joining o9 Solutions, Brent held a senior transformation leadership role at Incora, a private-equity-backed aerospace and industrial distribution platform, where he drove global operations transformation initiatives. His work included integrating large-scale warehouse networks, optimizing real estate footprints across dozens of facilities worldwide, and delivering complex restructuring programs during volatile market conditions.
Earlier in his career, Brent spent several years with Deloitte Consulting, where he advised global manufacturing, aerospace, energy, and industrial clients on supply chain transformation, lean operations, pricing, order-to-cash optimization, and large-scale ERP-enabled change programs. His consulting experience built deep expertise in translating strategy into execution across complex, asset-intensive environments.
Brent holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Operations from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, complementing his strong foundation in manufacturing engineering and operational excellence.
