Brian de Lemos joins DomainTools as Chief Revenue Officer

DomainTools, a premier entity in the realm of internet intelligence, announced the appointment of Brian de Lemos as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

De Lemos steps into his new role with a profound background in sales and cybersecurity, prepared to spearhead the company’s revenue generation strategies and contribute to its continued success and innovation in the cybersecurity industry.

Before joining DomainTools, de Lemos held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Bishop Fox, where he directed the sales operations for nearly a year, based out of San Francisco, California. His tenure at Bishop Fox was marked by strategic initiatives that significantly contributed to the company’s growth and market presence.

Prior to that, de Lemos was deeply involved in the sales operations at Palo Alto Networks, serving in various capacities including VP of Global Sales for Unit 42, and VP of Global Accounts and Sales Effectiveness for Cortex. His contributions during this period were instrumental in enhancing the company’s sales strategies and effectiveness on a global scale.

In addition to his recent roles, de Lemos has been a part of the Advisory Ecosystem for Outcome Selling, sharing his insights and expertise to further sales effectiveness across the industry. His extensive experience also includes pivotal roles at RSA Security, where he served as Vice President of Threat Detection, Response and Identity Sales, showcasing leadership across multiple sales positions over a span of more than a decade.

De Lemos’ career journey also traces back to positions at Red Hat, where he managed regional sales across the Southwest and SF Bay Area, and at RSA Security and Autonomy, where he focused on sales in the Western U.S. and Asia-Pacific regions. Starting his career in engineering at Quokka Sports and Cox Enterprises, de Lemos has amassed a broad and comprehensive understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of the cybersecurity domain.
