As of April 2024, Donato has taken the reins at OnTrac’s New Jersey location, poised to leverage his vast experience to drive the company’s operational strategies and efficiencies.

Before joining OnTrac, Donato held significant roles at Rent The Runway, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer, spearheading key revenue and supply chain initiatives. His tenure at Bowery Farming as EVP of Operations and Amazon as Director of Regional Operations underscored his expertise in optimizing operations and navigating the complexities of fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

With previous leadership positions at Moen Incorporated, Guilford Performance Textiles, Diebold Nixdorf, and Delphi, Donato’s career reflects a consistent track record of enhancing operational effectiveness across various industries.
