Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, November 2025 – Brian Hill has stepped into the role of Director, Human Resources at Keller Construction Ltd., bringing deep expertise in HR leadership, workforce capability development, and people strategy across construction, industrial services, and professional services sectors. In his new position, he will lead HR operations, talent strategy, and culture-building initiatives across Keller Construction’s projects in Edmonton and Calgary.
Before joining Keller Construction Ltd., Brian served at Barricades and Signs for a little over three years, where he most recently held the role of Vice President, Human Resources. In this capacity, he drove company-wide HR transformation, strengthened organizational processes and culture, and led people initiatives supporting the firm’s rapid growth across Alberta. Prior to this, he also served as the Director of Human Resources within the same organization, contributing significantly to talent development and operational alignment.
Earlier, Brian spent close to five and a half years at The RMC Group of Companies as Director, Human Resources, where he led HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development across multiple business units. His work reinforced strong HR systems, enhanced employee engagement programs, and supported operational scalability across the group.
Prior to RMC Group, Brian spent over four years with Employer Solutions Group in the United States, where he served as Human Resources Consultant after starting his journey there as an HR Assistant. His experience included employee relations, HR operations, and enabling small and midsize businesses through strong HR support systems. He began his professional journey with internships and early HR experience at Mobile Coach as an HR Intern, building a foundational understanding of HR processes and workplace dynamics.
Brian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management (Human Resources) from the University of Alberta, an academic grounding that has strengthened his capabilities in HR leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational development.
