Iowa, United States – October 2024 – Brie Steffes has taken on a new role as the Vice President of Human Resources at QCR Holdings, Inc., a multi-bank holding company. In this pivotal role, Brie will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational development initiatives. Her extensive HR expertise will support QCR Holdings’ mission of fostering a strong, relationship-driven culture across its various locations.
Prior to joining QCR Holdings, Brie Steffes served as the Director of Strategic Business Planning at Transamerica, where she provided strategic guidance for the Workplace Product and Advice organization. Over the course of nearly 13 years with Transamerica, she held multiple HR leadership roles, including Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and Lead Human Resources Business Partner, where she played a key role in aligning HR processes with company objectives.
Before her tenure at Transamerica, Brie worked at ImOn Communications as a Human Resources Representative. Earlier in her career, she held HR positions at ARCADIS U.S., Inc. and Target Corporation, where she gained foundational HR experience.
