She previously served as the Senior Manager of Talent Management where she was instrumental in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and refining the company’s talent strategy and performance management processes from May 2023 to April 2024.

Before her tenure at DRB, Mackey enriched her HR expertise at The J.M. Smucker Co., where she held various managerial roles in talent operations from July 2021 to May 2023. Her responsibilities included overseeing talent operations and HR generalist activities, enhancing her skills in succession planning and critical thinking.
Earlier, Mackey was pivotal in employee development at The J.M. Smucker Co., where from May 2016 to July 2021, she specialized in employee development strategies and critical thinking for talent management. Her career at Smucker’s began in a financial capacity, demonstrating her versatile skill set and strong analytical abilities.
Before fully transitioning to HR, Mackey gained substantial experience in financial roles, including as a Senior Financial Analyst at The J.M. Smucker Co., where she managed significant budgets and collaborated with sales and marketing teams to optimize promotional spending and compliance.
