In this leadership role, Brittany will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide succession planning and strengthening talent pipelines for Johnson & Johnson’s future leaders, ensuring a robust and agile leadership ecosystem for the organization’s global operations.
With nearly six years at Johnson & Johnson, Brittany has been at the forefront of advancing global talent strategies and data-driven workforce planning. Her contributions have been instrumental in developing innovative approaches to executive succession, leadership development, and talent analytics that support J&J’s mission of putting people first and shaping the future of healthcare.
Brittany has served with Johnson & Johnson since 2019, most recently as Enterprise Succession Planning Lead, where she led the annual global succession planning process, designed J&J’s succession dashboard for talent analytics, and collaborated with senior executives to ensure leadership continuity across critical roles. She also provided strategic consulting to HR, Finance, and R&D functions to build data-backed, future-ready talent strategies.
Previously, Brittany served as a Senior HR Leader in Global Talent Management Consulting at J&J, where she led multiple enterprise-level programs, including a global gig-based developmental learning initiative and a data-driven HR leader development framework. She also played a pivotal role in the Janssen Vaccine Marketing team, supporting HR strategy, leadership cohesion, and employee retention initiatives during a critical period for the healthcare industry.
Before joining J&J, Brittany was a Senior Analyst – Talent Assessment and Coaching at General Mills, where she oversaw global executive coaching programs, refreshed pre-hire assessment systems, and enhanced the company’s leadership development frameworks. Her earlier career includes impactful roles in evaluation and research at the University of Minnesota Medical School, assessment consulting at SHL, and innovation consulting at SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking) in Israel.
Brittany holds deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and assessment design, with a passion for leveraging analytics and behavioral science to shape high-performing workplaces.
