San Marcos, Texas, United States, July 2025 – Brooke Simpson has been promoted to Vice President Human Resources at Berry Aviation, Inc., following a successful tenure of over four years as Senior Director Human Resources. In her new role, Brooke will lead HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and evolving global operations, with a focus on talent development, organizational growth, and workforce resilience across all aviation functions.
Brooke has been part of Berry Aviation, Inc. since March 2021, contributing to the company’s global expansion and human capital optimization. Her leadership has been pivotal in strengthening HR capabilities during a period of operational scale-up and increased demand in defense and private aviation services.
Prior to this, Brooke served as Chief People Officer at Meta Special Aerospace (Metrea) for nearly two years, where she was responsible for HR transformation initiatives, leadership coaching, and operational support in highly specialized aerospace functions.
Her earlier experience at Commuter Air Technology spanned almost five years, where she held roles of increasing responsibility including Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, and Senior HR Generalist. She was instrumental in designing HR systems and processes for a fast-paced aviation environment.
Before that, she spent over six years at J-W Energy Company as HR Generalist II, offering strategic HR support across staffing, compliance, safety, and employee relations. She also worked with Citizen Potawatomi Nation in a senior HR generalist role, leading efforts to scale up staffing for a large-scale casino operation, managing over 1200 hires in under three months.

Brooke holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Development from Oklahoma Christian University, equipping her with a robust academic foundation for leading complex HR initiatives in high-growth, mission-critical organizations.
