Bryon has been an integral part of Chadwell Supply for over six years. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Employee Relations, Compliance, and Safety, a position he held for over four years, driving improvements in compliance and workforce safety. He also worked as Employee Relations & Compliance Manager and contributed to Learning and Development, showcasing his multifaceted expertise in HR and operations.
Beyond Chadwell Supply, Bryon has held key positions in organizations such as Bealls, Inc., where he managed loss prevention for logistics and corporate facilities, and Walgreens, where he served as Director of Asset Protection/Loss Prevention during his nearly 17-year tenure. His early career includes roles at The Home Depot as Loss Prevention Supervisor and service in the U.S. Navy, where he honed his leadership and security skills.
Bryon has also contributed to the community through his role as Member of the Board of Directors at Operation Warrior Resolution, emphasizing his commitment to veteran support.
