Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, November 2025 — CARIB Brewery welcomes Mrs. Leesa Murally-Pantin as its New and First Female Managing Director
This appointment represents a proud and historic moment for CARIB, as Leesa becomes the first female Managing Director in CARIB Brewery’s history. As CFO, she provided strategic oversight for Finance, IT, Procurement, and Risk across regional operations for more than a decade. In addition to her operational leadership, Leesa has served with distinction at the board level, including 15 years on the Board of the Caribbean Development Company Limited, and currently as a Board Member of Republic Wealth Management Limited.
She has been a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) since 2002, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) since 2008, and in 2021, she earned her MBA in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University. Her executive development further includes specialized training in Forensic Auditing, Corporate Governance, Balanced Scorecard implementation, and Boardroom Effectiveness.
Throughout her career, Leesa has been recognized not only for her strategic capability and operational acumen but also for her collaborative, people-centered approach. She is known for leading with humility, clarity, and a genuine passion for empowering others, qualities that continue to resonate across the teams she works with.
As Managing Director, Leesa will lead CARIB Brewery Trinidad and Tobago through the next phase of its evolution, guided by our shared values, our culture of performance, and a strong foundation built by many.
