Carrah Rawlings Appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery at Atlassian Williams Racing

Oxfordshire, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Carina Rawlings has stepped into a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery at Atlassian Williams Racing, where she will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across the organization. In this key position, Carrah will focus on transforming the talent acquisition function by driving operational excellence, enhancing project management capabilities, and embedding inclusive and innovative hiring practices.

Carina joined Williams Racing earlier this year as Project Lead, Talent Acquisition, where she began spearheading talent transformation projects and process enhancements. Her role emphasized elevating recruitment efficiency while building a stronger foundation for long-term talent delivery aligned with the team’s fast-paced performance goals.

Prior to Williams Racing, Carina served as Director of Talent Acquisition (Contract) at Liberty Global for over a year. In this role, she led a global recruitment team and was responsible for defining and delivering comprehensive TA strategies, employer branding, and diversity-led hiring practices. She also oversaw vendor partnerships and drove improvements in candidate experience and recruitment technology.

Previously, Carina was Global Head of Talent Acquisition at innocent drinks, where she shaped and implemented a three-year global talent roadmap. Earlier, during her tenure at Dun & Bradstreet, she progressed from Talent Acquisition Lead – Europe to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Europe, working closely with PE stakeholders to modernize TA operations and align hiring to business growth.

Her earlier experience includes leadership and consulting roles at Pernod Ricard, Vodafone, Samsung Electronics, Project People, and Allianz, where she consistently delivered impact through strategic workforce planning, employer branding, stakeholder engagement, and talent strategy transformation.
