Nashville, Tennessee, United States – October 2024 – Carleen MacNeill has taken on the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at LGM Pharma. In this role, Carleen will lead HR operations and strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. She will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with LGM Pharma’s goals as a leading CDMO in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining LGM Pharma, Carleen was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America for over five years. In her tenure there, she managed HR programs, succession planning, change management, and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
Earlier, Carleen worked as an HR Manager at Fresenius, where she gained extensive experience in employee benefits, policy development, and leadership development. She was instrumental in implementing HR solutions that improved overall organizational effectiveness.
Carleen also served as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Endicott College, contributing to HR education while managing professional HR roles. Prior to this, she held leadership positions at TimePayment, United Electric Controls, and AstraZeneca, showcasing her versatility and commitment to HR excellence across various sectors.
