Marina del Rey, California, United States, December 2024 – Talia Regenstreif has stepped into her new role as Senior Director, People Operations at The Bouqs Company, where she will continue her impactful leadership in driving strategic HR initiatives and enhancing the company’s people-first culture.
Talia has been an integral part of The Bouqs Company for over four years. Most recently, she served as Director, People Operations, where she led organizational improvements and talent strategies, and before that as Senior Manager, People Operations, contributing to employee engagement and operational efficiency. Earlier in her tenure at The Bouqs, she held the position of Senior People Operations Generalist, furthering the development of HR systems and processes.

Prior to her time at The Bouqs Company, Talia worked at Optimist Inc., where she served as Human Resources/Employee Relations Manager, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Before that, she held roles including HR Team Developer and Project Recruiter, where she established efficient hiring processes and strengthened workforce capabilities.
Talia’s early career includes notable roles such as Recruiting Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator at Havas STREET, where she honed her expertise in sourcing talent and developing recruitment strategies. She also gained foundational experience in talent acquisition at True Religion Brand Jeans and Viacom/MTV Media Networks.
