Dallas, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Carol McBride has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC), where she will lead strategic human resource initiatives, culture transformation, and talent development to support the organization’s mission of protecting and advocating for abused children.
Carol brings extensive HR leadership experience to DCAC, having served as Founder, President & Managing Partner of The Carol McBride Group, LLC, where she specialized in HR strategy, executive compensation, and total rewards programs for organizations across industries.
Prior to this, she was Vice President of Benefits at Mr. Cooper, overseeing the administration of comprehensive health and retirement plans for a publicly traded company. Her tenure at Germania Insurance as Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President saw her spearhead talent strategies, succession planning, and compensation initiatives.
With over three decades of expertise in human capital management, Carol has held senior HR leadership positions at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, CGGVeritas, HCA Healthcare, and International Surface Preparation Corporation. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in mergers and acquisitions, workforce planning, compliance, and HR operations, making her an ideal leader to shape DCAC’s people strategy in alignment with its mission-driven work.
