Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, September 2025 — Caroline Hayes has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer at Inghams Group Limited, Australia and New Zealand’s largest integrated poultry producer. In this new role, she will lead strategy, marketing, insights, category, and Bostocks across ANZ, driving growth and innovation for the company’s expanding consumer and retail portfolio.
Caroline has been with Inghams Group Limited for more than five years, contributing across diverse leadership roles. Most recently, she served as General Manager Strategy, Sales & Marketing, where she was instrumental in shaping commercial strategy and delivering customer-focused outcomes across markets. Prior to that, she worked as General Manager Sales and Marketing NZ, where she strengthened the company’s market position in New Zealand, and as General Manager Procurement, where she successfully led supplier partnerships and supply chain efficiencies.
Before joining Inghams, Caroline held senior procurement and commercial leadership roles in the food and health industries. At Kinrise, she was Head of Group Procurement, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company’s supplier base and driving efficiencies. Earlier, at Blackmores Group, she served as Senior Procurement Category Manager, contributing to sourcing strategies that supported growth in the natural health sector.
Caroline also spent close to five years at Mars as Commercial Manager, where she gained extensive experience in commercial operations, procurement, and category management. This early foundation in global consumer businesses has equipped her with a strong track record in commercial leadership, brand growth, and strategy execution.
