Caroline brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having spent nearly five years at HAYMAN-WOODWARD. Most recently, she served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, where she provided strategic leadership, optimized daily operations, and cultivated strong client relationships. Her efforts significantly enhanced operational efficiency and expanded the firm’s global footprint.
Previously, she held the role of Chief of Staff, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, overseeing change management processes, and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team. Caroline’s tenure at HAYMAN-WOODWARD has been marked by her ability to foster collaboration and implement transformative strategies.
Prior to joining the company, Caroline was a Business Consultant at Perface, where she streamlined customer service processes, improved business operations, and achieved exceptional client outcomes. She also held key roles at Refinaria de Petróleos de Manguinhos and Excom Assessoria Internacional, where she excelled in operations, logistics, and business development.
Caroline has pursued advanced executive education, completing programs at MIT and Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she specialized in digital transformation, business strategy, and leadership. She also holds an MBA in International, Human, and Consumer Rights from UniCEUB – Centro Universitário de Brasília, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and global business acumen.
