Jacksonville, Florida, United States, December 2024 – Carrie Nemeth has been named Vice President of Human Resources & People Development at iMethods, a leading healthcare IT solutions firm. In her new role, Carrie will oversee strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational growth to align with iMethods’ mission of delivering quality solutions and meaningful community impact.
Carrie brings over four years of experience with iMethods, having most recently served as Human Resources Director, where she spearheaded employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development strategies. Previously, as Human Resources Manager, she enhanced HR policies and practices to foster a dynamic workplace culture.
Before joining iMethods, Carrie was an HR Manager at The Home Depot, where she drove associate engagement and recognition programs while leading change management initiatives. Her tenure there included policy rollouts and leadership training for over 250 employees at the company’s distribution center.
Carrie also held the role of Human Resources Manager at IEM Power Systems, where she developed and implemented HR policies, led compliance training, and managed benefits administration. She was instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting equitable treatment of employees across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Carrie served as Human Resources Manager at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing, where she supported 14 nationwide facilities, managed employee relations, and successfully led the reclassification of employee roles in compliance with federal guidelines. She also contributed to the implementation of new HRIS systems and coordinated large-scale recruiting efforts.
