Atlanta, Georgia, United States, December 2024 – Carlos Vazquez has taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Lenbrook, a nationally accredited Life Plan Community in Atlanta. In this pivotal position, Carlos will oversee talent acquisition, employee development, total rewards, and diversity initiatives, contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives. His leadership will also extend to Menders by Lenbrook, the organization’s home care subsidiary, while serving as Chief Compliance Officer.
Carlos joins Lenbrook after serving as Human Resources Director, where he played a key role in delivering strategic human capital leadership and managing enterprise-wide initiatives. During his tenure, he successfully established an integrated talent system, optimized HR analytics, and implemented a holistic Total Rewards strategy.
Prior to Lenbrook, Carlos was President and Principal Consultant at CMV Consulting, where he provided strategic HR and business operations consulting services, offering frameworks for HR services, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
Carlos also held several senior roles during a 12-year tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, where he made significant contributions, including leading global hospitality and office services with a $105 million budget. He also oversaw HR Shared Services across the Americas and Asia Pacific, driving process improvement, talent pipeline development, and cost-saving initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Carlos held leadership roles in HR services and vendor management, demonstrating expertise in establishing service centers, leading change management efforts, and fostering employee engagement across diverse, global teams.
