Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Pushkar Wadhone has joined HDFC Life as Vice President Human Resources, bringing extensive experience in workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR leadership. Pushkar’s expertise across diverse industries will be instrumental in shaping the company’s HR strategies to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Prior to HDFC Life, Pushkar served as HRBP at DP World, where he managed comprehensive HR operations and contributed significantly to workforce planning and talent management. His tenure at Mahindra Logistics saw him in various pivotal roles, including Head of Talent Management, Organizational Development, and HRBP, where he led initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster stakeholder engagement across corporate functions.

Pushkar’s earlier roles include HR Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he acted as an HR Business Partner for the largest division by revenue and headcount in India. At Sanofi, he headed HR for the Consumer Healthcare division, leading HR initiatives for heritage brands, OTC products, and newly acquired businesses, and later served as the Regional HR Manager for the West Zone, overseeing HR functions across key states in India.
His career began at Sutherland Global Services (formerly Adventity), where he managed employee relations and end-to-end HR for the MENA operations, supporting a workforce of over 1,100 employees.
