Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has appointed Parviz Dhamodiwalla as Senior Vice President Human Resources, strengthening its HR leadership as the pharmaceutical company continues to operate and grow across major international markets.
In her new role, Dhamodiwalla is leading HR for Glenmark Pharmaceuticals’ International Formulations Business across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. She brings more than 22 years of global HR leadership experience, with expertise spanning talent management, organisational design, leadership development, HR business partnering and people transformation across pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services and consulting environments.
Before joining Glenmark, Dhamodiwalla was Founder and CEO of RuBaSphere Consulting, a people-first HR consultancy she established in 2025. Through the venture, she focused on training, coaching, talent and leadership development, succession planning and broader HR solutions. Prior to this entrepreneurial chapter, she served as Vice President Human Resources at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. in Mumbai.
A significant part of Dhamodiwalla’s international leadership journey was built during nearly 10 years with Johnson & Johnson. She most recently served as Head of Human Resources, Consumer Health, North America (US/Canada). Earlier assignments included Head Talent Management, Global Consumer Health and Global Consumer Medical Devices, Talent Director, Medical Device & Diagnostics, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Talent Director, Medical Devices & Diagnostics, Asia Pacific. These positions took her across the United States, Switzerland and Singapore and provided broad exposure to global and regional talent agendas.
Earlier, Dhamodiwalla was Head Talent Management & Organisation Design, Global Technical Operations, Pharma at Novartis in Switzerland. She also spent more than eight years with Standard Chartered Bank, progressing through organisation learning, training, HR business partnering and global HR leadership roles. Her final position there was Global HR Business Partner, Global Support Functions in London. Dhamodiwalla holds a qualification in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
