Bentonville, Arkansas, United States, September 2024 – Andrea Roten has taken on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Art and Wellness Enterprises. In this position, Andrea will be responsible for leading the organization’s recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and building strong talent pipelines to support Art and Wellness Enterprises’ mission-driven efforts.
Prior to joining Art and Wellness Enterprises, Andrea Roten founded Waypave in November 2023, where she revolutionized hourly hiring by streamlining the process with a unique job-matching platform that benefits both employers and job seekers. Waypave offers a seamless experience by eliminating the need for traditional applications and resumes.
Before starting her entrepreneurial journey, Andrea served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Belonging at Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. for eight months. She led talent acquisition efforts and played a key role in developing strategies to attract a diverse workforce and implement effective talent management practices.
At Walton Enterprises, Andrea spent over four years, most notably serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she led full lifecycle recruiting strategies and developed recruitment plans that increased diversity and enhanced the company’s workforce development efforts.
Earlier in her career, Andrea held senior talent acquisition roles at Walmart, where she developed recruitment strategies for technical talent and led several large-scale initiatives such as the Million Women Mentors STEM mentoring program.
