In her new position, Dana will lead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on hiring strategies to support the company’s real estate investment initiatives.
Dana has been with Avanath for over six years, contributing significantly in various roles. Before her promotion, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager for one and a half years, where she led recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate and property management sectors.
Prior to her focus on talent acquisition, Dana worked as a Recruiter at Avanath from 2021 to 2023, honing her skills in sourcing candidates and improving the company’s hiring processes. She also served as a Community Manager for three years, where she was responsible for managing properties and overseeing operations on-site, building strong relationships within the communities Avanath serves.
Before joining Avanath, Dana held various roles, including Customer Service Manager and Senior Leasing Representative at McKinley, Inc., where she focused on customer service, leasing, and property management in Orlando, Florida. She also worked as a Senior Client Service Associate and Client Service Representative at The Regus Group, further broadening her experience in client services and relationship management.
