Arlington, Virginia, United States, September 2024 – Tim Yendall has taken on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Cydecor, Inc., a premier veteran-owned Federal Government solutions provider. In this role, Tim will lead talent acquisition efforts to support the company’s mission of delivering secure systems, innovative business platforms, and cutting-edge solutions for national security challenges.
Prior to joining Cydecor, Tim Yendall served as the Workforce Planning & Demand Management Lead at LMI for over five years. At LMI, Tim played a pivotal role in integrating human capital strategies with business objectives by managing workforce data, forecasting talent needs, and supporting staffing plans for pre-award contracts.
Before his time at LMI, Tim was a Recruiting Manager at ManTech International Corporation, where he directed a team of ten recruiters, overseeing the hiring for Army, Air Force, and international programs generating over $400 million in revenue. During his one-year tenure, Tim was instrumental in driving recruitment for over 800 annual hires.
Earlier in his career, Tim held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at LMI, where he was responsible for sourcing candidates for high-profile positions and working closely with business development teams on recruitment strategies for proposals.
Tim also gained extensive recruiting experience as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Insourceon, Inc., where he supported government sector contracts and sourced cleared and non-cleared candidates for various roles in IT, healthcare policy, and government acquisitions.
