Hyderabad, Telangana, India, August 2025 — Chandrakala Kawle has joined Mondee Technologies as Head of HR – India, where she will lead HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development to align India’s people practices with the company’s vision. With 17 years of global HR leadership, she brings a unique blend of technology-driven insights and people-first approaches to the role.
Most recently, Chandrakala served as Global Head of HR Analytics at RealPage, Inc., where she designed and executed a global HR Business Intelligence strategy, established an AI-powered HR Analytics Center of Excellence, and developed predictive models that enhanced workforce planning and retention strategies. Her work in people analytics became a cornerstone for executive decision-making at the company.
Before RealPage, she was with Cloud4C Services as Manager – HR Business Partner, responsible for HR strategies across global regions including EMEA, SEA, NALA, and ANZ. She drove global engagement initiatives, organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation strategies while contributing to the company’s “Great Places to Work” certification.
Earlier in her career, Chandrakala spent over a decade at Deloitte, where she led HR consulting and strategic initiatives across APAC, US, UK, and Europe, supporting M&A decisions and building data-driven workforce strategies. She began her HR journey at CES, where she specialized in business development and recruitment.
Her appointment at Mondee is a strategic move aimed at strengthening the company’s India operations, nurturing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
