Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, April 2025 – Charlene Dunlap has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Visante, a specialized consulting firm focused on accelerating financial and operational performance in health system pharmacy. In this pivotal leadership role, she will oversee the full spectrum of HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to support Visante’s high-impact consulting services across healthcare systems.
Prior to joining Visante, Charlene Dunlap served for over five years as Regional Director of Human Resources at Addus HomeCare, where she led HR functions following the acquisition of Hospice Partners of America. She was responsible for supporting HR operations across multiple locations and ensuring continuity of care in talent and workforce planning.
Previously, she spent over three years as Corporate HR Director at Hospice Partners of America, where she built scalable HR processes during a phase of aggressive expansion and M&A activity in the healthcare sector.
Before that, Charlene held progressive HR leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama over a three-year period, where she served as Staffing and Associate Resources Manager, implementing workforce development strategies and talent engagement programs for the organization’s Alabama division.
Earlier in her career, she was Director of Human Resources at Atlas Rehabilitation, LLC and held a nearly seven-year tenure as VP of Human Resources and Recruiting at Restore Management Company, where she was instrumental in building strong HR infrastructure and leading end-to-end people practices in healthcare and long-term care facilities.
