Dubai, United Arab Emirates – December 2024 – Charlotte Ravoet has joined CTG (Committed to Good) as the Chief People Officer. In her new role, Ravoet will lead the global HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and ensuring alignment with CTG’s mission to staff humanitarian and development projects swiftly and effectively.
Ravoet brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership, having recently founded Titali Leadership, where she has served as Managing Director since 2023. Her work has centered on strategic HR leadership, problem-solving, and enhancing performance for various clients. Before founding Titali Leadership, Ravoet spent a year as People & OD Senior Project Lead with the World Food Programme in Dubai, where she was instrumental in developing HR strategies for high-stakes environments.
Earlier in her career, Ravoet held HR leadership roles with the World Food Programme for over a decade, including positions such as Head of HR for the Country Office in Somalia and Senior HR Business Partner for the MENA and Central Europe regions. During this time, she focused on strategic HR planning, talent retention, and employee development, gaining in-depth expertise in managing HR in challenging, multi-country operations.
Ravoet also brings prior experience from her roles at Vodafone Egypt, where she advanced through various HR positions, culminating as HR Lead for Talent and Performance Management. Her background also includes early career roles with Google in London and DaimlerChrysler in Belgium, further enhancing her global HR perspective.
